    This can include interviews, focus groups, survey, and document analysis (agendas, calendars, interoffice emails, performance review process, policies, handbooks)

  • Information does not exist separately from your clients’ or employees’ experiences. Our data collection and analysis process involves conversations about what we collect as we go. It’s one of the ways that we build buy in to our process.

    This can look like listening sessions, discussion around emergent infographics or pulse surveys or polls about folks’ reaction to information.

  • We translate information and data into actions that align with practices and behaviors within your organization.

    We build you a map of your organization that includes how to adjust organizational strategy and practices to align with your organizations’ optimal success as well as ways to periodically collect information to know that you are on track.
