Are you ready for a project at work to feel different? Do you often think to yourself “there’s got to be a better way?” There probably is and I’ve got the research and data to not only help you do it better but to explain to others and outline how to do it. 

I have over 10 years of experience in measuring things that are hard to measure, (e.g. impact, perceptions, and learning in public organizations). I have a PhD in Education Policy with over 10 years of applied social science research experience. Because I learned that using data is as much about the people using it as the data itself, I am coaching certified, with an emphasis on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

I approach data from the perspective that there are multiple lenses that we can use and leverage to understand your organization, its strategy, and the experiences of your employees, leaders, and clients.  

My offers are scaled to meet you where you are, whether you are an individual wanting to tackle a problem at work, or a CEO ready to see your organization’s blindspots.

  • Strategy to Action (sas) Session - $300

    An efficient 90 minutes with the right tools and resources can make a huge impact. Come with a difficult or stubborn problem, uncertainties, questions, or big plans in your business or work and we will flesh out a research based and data informed solution. You will leave this session with at least 2 significant actionable solutions and 4 resources to support you in that solution.

    Can include up to 2 individuals. If you need to involve more than 2 folks, I would recommend an innovation day. This is ideal for folks who need a jumpstart, who are ready to see that progress is possible, or who are curious about what it looks like to work with me.

  • Innovation Day - $1,750

    This is ideal for leaders and organizations who want to get a lot done in a short amount of time. We will work together across 5 hours in one day. I will ask you a lot of questions and hit the (research) books. We will stay in communication (if virtual) or together for the duration of our time together as we build the solutions that you need.

    This offering includes 1 hour consultation, 5 hours of work, 1 hour review, and a final plan/report for you to take back to work.

    Can include up to 5 people. If you need to involve more than 5 people, I recommend the workplace efficiency blueprint package.

  • Blueprint for Workplace Efficiency

    Provides you with

    (1) a picture of the strengths and opportunities in your organization - like a SWOT analysis, but make it human centered; (2) human centered metrics; (3) recommendations based on industry and industry adjacent practices around standard operating procedures, culture, etc. (You can choose up to 3 comparable adjacent organizations)

    Includes up to 4 in depth areas of recommendations (if there are more than 4, you can pay for additional sections, the overview of the area will be provided free of cost, just without in depth research)

    Pricing based on organizational size and configuration

    $5,000 for organizations under 5 employees

    $7,500 for organizations with 6-15 employees

    $10,000 for organizations with 16-25 employees or organizations with 6-15 employees with a Board
